Designed as a rooftop fraternity house for younger audiences, 'Foxtrot Gastropub' in Marathahalli evokes feelings of nostalgia and comfort. The area is split between different zones that include a Bohemian room, a loft like space and a poison-ivy garden opening into a balcony. Bright colours and comfortable seating lends a cheerful vibe to the place.
Coming to the food, the place serves a mix of small bites and large meals with a leaning towards forgotten hyper local Indian creations. Chef Gaurav Chawla, who recently developed the menu at Foxtrot, says, "The dishes have a unique rhythm of mild and sharp spices".
Street food served with a twist comprises the small plates section in the menu. Vegetarians can snack on 'Chaupati Bhel Bar', a customer favourite made with aloo peanut chat and served with dried garlic chutney, 'Malasa White Peas Khasta Kachori' with tomato fennel sauce or try the 'Jerk Spiced Cottage Cheese', which is soft cottage cheese with coriander pesto and just the right dash of masala.
Non-Vegetarians can opt for 'Injipuly Chicken Lolipops' served with cucumber 'pachdi' or 'Tellicherry Mutton Boti' served with a coconut crisp and tomato ginger jam. The 'Black Pepper Chicken Tikka' is a delicious combination of well cooked meat with pepper infusion.
Fresh basil, unique combinations and loads of cheese make the pizzas here a must try. Dimsums, momos, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas and flatbread are also part of the menu. The 'Waffle Chicken Sandwich' is a good option for the slightly adventurous foodies for its unique mix of flavours. Green-lovers will not go wrong with the 'Barbeque Cottage Cheese Burger' served with fried pickles and green salad. The 'Waffle Chicken Sandwich' with chimichurri salad and masala fries deserves a special shoutout while the 'Greek Chicken Wrap' is huge in portion but light on the palate.
The section named 'Monster Fries' is self-explanatory. One can gorge on interesting options like '3 Cheese Fries', 'Kerala Chutney Ketchup Fries' 'Mushroom and Cream Fries' and so on.

The 'Sharing Platters' option, with varieties like 'Lebanese Mezze Platter', 'The Big Fry Up platter' and the 'Grilled Sausage Platter' is a good option for larger groups.
They have now introduced a lunch buffet from Monday to Friday between 12 noon and 3.30 pm. The multi-cuisine rotational weekday buffet features regional and continental preparations, pizzas and desserts. The place also has innovative signature cocktails, community cocktails and classics.
